How do I sell you My Land?
First, submit your property using the tab "Sell my Land", or the form on the Home Page.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a call from our team to discuss the property.
After we review the property, we will send you a purchase agreement to your email to sign electronically.
When we both sign the purchase agreement, we will send the signed agreement to the title company to facilitate the purchase.
We will both sign documents from the title company.
We will wire the money to the title company.After everything is signed by you, and us.
Then the title company sends you the money, and transfers the property to us.
Do you use a Title Company or Real Estate Attorney?
Yes.
We use a local title company to ensure the transaction is 100% legal.
This protects us by ensuring the title is clear.

Are there any costs to me?
No.
We pay all closing costs, survey costs, feasibility tests (perc test, soil tests, etc), and back taxes, within reason.
I inherited my land, will you buy it?
